- (i) leased (a) to (ii) for 21 years at a rent of £58/1/- per annum

(a) mansion house in Bedford, Saint Paul part of which premises was lately used as a brewhouse and are now in the occupation of (ii);
(b) messuage formerly called Rudds House with stable and yard in the occupation of Isabella Allen, widow;
(c) pieces of ground in Mill Lane where three tenements formerly stood adjoining (b);
(d) close of garden adjoining (c) containing three acres in the occupation of (ii);
(e) piece of meadow ground in Newnham, Goldington containing nine acres in the occupation of (ii);
