including the decision by Diocese to attempt to acquire school (known as Independent Secondary Girls’ School and Independent Preparatory School) from Congregation of Daughters of the Holy Ghost and discussions with Bedfordshire County Council and Bedford Borough Council Education Departments and Department of Education and Science on the proposals for future of school (known as St.Bede’s VA RC Middle School following transfer) and correspondence and minutes of meetings arising from the process of transfer; also including the following:
