(a) inn commonly called The White Swan with appurtenances in Bedford, Saint Paul formerly in the occupation of George Reynolds, then Rowland Milles, then William Parker and now Elizabeth Walker by virtue of a lease from William Parker;
(b) close of pasture or meadow next to a forth [ford] called Abbotte Forth previously belonging to Newnham Priory and called Water Close containing three acres in the occupation of Elizabeth Walker;
(c) piece of ground commonly called Castle Hill containing four acres formerly in the occupation of Samuel Beckett, then Ann Parker, widow, now Elizabeth Walker lying next to “the River of Ouze on the one part and next to a lane called Castle Lane and the piece of ground called the bowling Greene on the other Parte”.
