    1) Declaration by Sir P.M.Payne: born 30 December 1858; married 20 July 1880 Winifred Doyne-Ditmas, spinster at St James's, Piccadilly- mentions Marriage Settlement ; 5 children of the marriage namely: Dorothy Winifred Monoux-Payne, born at Hatfield Peverel, Essex 18 September 1881; Sybil Harriet Monoux-Payne, born at the same place 25 June 1885; Marjorie Violet Monoux Payne, born at Wootton 16 February 1889; Phyllis Nancy Monoux Payne, born at the same 16 January 1898, all reached the age of 21.AND Humphrey Berners Monoux Payne died in early infancy. Dorothy married William Markham Doyne 15 May 1912. On his death she married Ling Price. Sybil married Harold Edward Churton Ditmas 5 December 1906 at All Saints, Ennismore Gardens. Marjorie married Harold Charles Pemberton on 29 April 1911. Phyllis married Alan Grey Seward 20 June 1922. Recites Deed Polls to Sybil. Deed Poll of 2 November 1920 quarter share to Dorothy Doyne.
