(c) several pieces of arable in Bedford, Saint Mary containing 47 acres, 3 roods in the occupation of Edward Edwards, previously Robert Thomas
Covenants
- (i) covenanted to levy a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc.;
- against dower rights of Mary, wife of John Crompton;
- covenants exclude lease of (a)-(c) of 10 October 1713 from John Crompton to Edward Edwards for fifteen years at £25 per annum rent
