    Assignment of Legacy Parties: (i) Mary Dillingham of Bedford, spinster, eldest daughter of William and Rebeccah Dillingham; (ii) William Faldo, son of Peter Faldo; Elizabeth Faldo, widow and administratrix of Peter Faldo; (iii) Francis Jessop of Bedford, esquire Reciting: - R6/5/6/16; - Peter Faldo died intestate in January 1736 leaving Elizabeth Faldo as his administratrix; - (i) became 21 on 27 July 1741 and became entitled to a legacy of £10 under R6/5/6/16 and bought a suit against (ii) to recover her legacy; - the personal estate of William Faldo deceased in the hands of Peter and then Elizabeth Faldo was insufficient to pay the legacy but the estate could not yet be sold due to the infancy of William Faldo, son of Peter and Elizabeth; - to preserve the estate of William Faldo and pay off (i), with interest and costs, so that she would cease the Chancery action Elizabeth Faldo had prevailed on (iii) to advance her the money to pay (i) Operative Part: - (iii) paid £11/3/4 legacy and interest and £7/13/- costs to – total £18/16/4 (i) by direction of (ii); - (i) assigned the legacy and costs to (iii) Mary Dillingham and Elizabeth Faldo both signed by mark Witnesses: - John Marsh; - Jonah Chicheley; - Thomas Rossam
