- R6/5/6/16;
- Peter Faldo was now dead intestate;
- administration of the goods of Peter Faldo had been granted to his wife Elizabeth;
- Peter Faldo's estate descended to his son William, an infant;
- Peter Faldo's estates were insufficient to pay the several annuities and legacies in the will of William Faldo;
- William and Rebeccah Dillingham had reached an arrangement whereby they waived their right to the £5 annuity under the will of William Faldo in exchange for a payment of £10/10/-;
- Rebeccah Dillingham signed by mark;
