    Reciting (I) Recent sale agreements by (ii) as follows: - to Walter Anderson of Oakley, farmer: (a) cottage or tenement with garden, formerly orchard ground and barn in Church End, Stevington, formerly occupied by John Perkins, since by James Ruffhead and now partly by Ebenezer Eaton and partly by Stevington Sunday School, bounded: to N by (c) in Z953/2/6; to S and E by property of George Peregrine Nash in occupation of Isaac Keech senior; to W by Stevington town street [to which (ii) was admitted tenant on 23 Jul 1841 – see (XIV) in Z953/2/5]; (b) cottage or tenement in Park End, Stevington formerly in occupation of Ann Gregory, afterwards of Francis Hulatt, now converted into two cottages and formerly occupied by William Bowyer and George Cox, now by Thomas Rowney and Ann Swaine; (c) piece of land, formerly an orchard and pasture, now arable and small plantation containing 3 acres late in occupation of Francis Hulatt and partly laid to (d) as garden, partly plantation and partly the site of (d) the residue being formerly occupied by John Skinner and Isaac Keech and, with (e) attached now occupied by Isaac Keech, Alexander Field and William Barton; grass close containing (r) in occupation of Isaac Keech; - to Walter Anderson of Oakley, farmer: (s) two messuages or tenements and orchard in occupation of William Jones and Diana Such in Stevington; - to John Fobee of Stevington, farmer: (t) three messuages or tenements and garden in Stevington in occupation of Thomas Bowyer, Thomas Sammerton and Widow White; (u) close of arable called Frost’s Field containing 12 acres in Stevington, partly in occupation of Isaac Keech and partly by various tenants as garden ground (II) Judgement in Queen’s Bench of 20 May 1847 against (ii) at the suit of (i) for £10,000 and costs as collateral security for payment to (i) of £5,000 and interest secured by way of mortgage on estates of (i) at Pitshill, Felmersham and Newport Pagnell [Buckinghamshire] (III) (i) agreed that the sales detailed in (I) should not be charged with the mortgage debt of £5,000, sufficient security for the debt remaining with property in Felmersham, Pitshill and Newport Pagnell Operative Part (i) at the request of (ii) and with (iii) agreed not to charge any of the mortgage debt of £5,000 to the land detailed in (I) above.
