- Scope and ContentSettlement Examination: He was never a yearly hired servant or apprentice nor has rented a tenement of the value of £10 per annum,. He believes he was born in th parish of Wilshamstead in the County of Bedford in which parish his father is settled by yearly servitude and is now residing in the house in which this Examinant was born and has been several times relieved by the officers of that parish. He hath a wife named Elizabeth to whom he was lawfully married at Houghton Conquest in May 1828 and hath by her one child now with them named William aged about 7 years and they are also chargeable to the parish of St Mary Islington. Two duplicate copies of removal order.
