formerly in occupation of William Eaton and afterwards converted into 2 tenements, then in occupation of Richard Eaton and Elizabeth Rose and then Mary Hilton and Rebecca Sanders and has since been occupied as one messuage by Francis Hulat, and now by said Redmund Favell
to which Edmund Favell was admitted tenant on 2 April last on surrender of Thomas Abbott Green
to be held to use of Sarah Sanders, Isaac Hurst and John Law. To be void on payment of £800 and interest at £4 10s % per annum
