    i) John Lawrence, Cambridge, esquire ii) Thomas Abbott Green, Felmersham, esquire iii) Alexander Sharman, Thomas Wesley Turnley, (both of Bedford, gentlemen) ii) has agreed with people mentioned in the schedule for the sale to them of the following: to Walter Anderson --- cottage or tenement, with garden, formerly orchard, ground and barn adjoining, in Church End, Stevington, formerly occupied by John Perkins, since James Ruffhead and now partly by Ebenezer Eaton and partly as the Sunday School of the Parish. Which garden comprises the greater part of the orchard, to which, with the said cottage, ii) was admitted tenant on 23 July 1841 N small part of said orchard which has been sold to William Saunders by ii) S and E George Peregrine Nash, occupied by Isaac Keech, senior W town street of Stevington --- cottage or tenement in Park End, Stevington, formerly in occupation of Ann Gregory afterwards of Francis Hulatt but now converted into 2 cottages formerly occupied by William Bowter and George Cox but now by Thomas Rowney and Ann Swaine --- piece ground formerly orchard and pasture but now arable and small part plantation adjoining (3 acres) late in occupation of Francis Hulatt, parts of which are laid to the 2 tenements occupied herewith as garden ground. Other part is plantation. Other part forms the site of the 2 cottages and their gardens hereinafter described. Residue was formerly occupied by John Skinner and Isaac Keech and is now laid with piece of land containing 3 roods 28 perches lately mentioned and occupied by Isaac Keech, Alexander Field and William Barton --- 2 cottages and gardens belonging; site is part of land formerly orchard and pasture, once in occupations of Widow Sheffield and Thomas Keech and now John Sheffield and William Aspley --- land in Almshouse Leys in Stevington (3 roods 28 perches) formerly in occupation of Francis Hulatt, since of John Skinner and Isaac Keech and is now laid out with said residue of land formerly orchard and pasture and occupied by Isaac Keech, Alexander Field and William Barton; all of which are bounded N High Road; property belonging to the almshouses S Frederick Alston, esquire E Windmill private road W Frederick Alston, and lane belonging thereto; William Talbot Wallis to which ii) was admitted tenant on surrender of John Skinner on 22 July 1842 --- messuage or blacksmith’s shop etc. in Church End, Stevington, late in occupation of Richard Eaton, then Richard Lilley and William Eaton and now of James and William Ruffhead N (part) Mr Cocks, occupied by John Johnson S ii) occupied by William Sharp E common highway W late William Robert Jefferies and now of his representatives, occupied by Alexander Field and William Barton to which ii) was admitted tenant on 3 March 1849 on the surrender of Sophia Eaton and William Eaton --- 2 cottages in West End, Stevington, on site of cottage formerly in occupation of Mary Foxen, afterwards of Thomas White and then of Thomas Cox, with garden etc. now in occupation of Thomas Cox and Thomas Simpson N ii) in occupation of Richard Pool S public highway E garden ground of ii) in occupation of Richard Pool W (part) Walter Anderson (other part) ii) in occupation of Richard Pool to which ii) was admitted tenant at Court held on 23 July 1841 and devisee of Francis Green, esquire, and was admitted thereto on surrender of Thomas Bunting on 9 August 1838 Land etc. agreed to be sold to William Saunders --- messuage in Church Road, and garden, formerly in occupation of John Perkins, then of his widow, Elizabeth Perkins and now of Joel Glidwell N brook dividing this from other property of William Saunders S property next described E George Peregrine Nash W (part) said other property of William Saunders (other part) town street of Stevington to which ii) was admitted tenant on 23 July 1841 in surrender of Susannah Nicholls --- cottage and small garden (formerly an orchard) (30 perches) in Church End, Stevington, formerly in occupation of Lewis Cox, since of Robert Lord and now of Levi Cox N above described property S next described property E George Peregrine Nash, occupied by Isaac Keech, senior W Stevington Town Street to which ii) was admitted tenant on 3 July 1841 on surrender of Timothy Keech --- small piece of garden ground, part of an orchard, in Church End, Stevington, formerly occupied with larger part of such orchard by John Perkins, then James Ruffhead and now of Ebenezer Eaton to which orchard and cottage belonging to ii) was admitted at a Court on 23 July 1841 on surrender of Susannah Nicholls N property last described S (in chief) larger part of said orchard now contracted to be sold to Walter Anderson (slightly) George Peregrine Nash occupied by Isaac Keech, senior E George Peregrine Nash, occupied by Isaac Keech, senior W Town street of Stevington Land etc. agreed to be sold to Edmund Favell --- piece of land part of Budds Close, Stevington, (2 acres 1 rrod 31 perches) formerly in occupation of William Pool and now of Edmund Favell NE next described messuage and premises (part) Park Street NW (part) said messuage etc. (other part) William Pratt SE private road to Duck End Farm SW formerly George Pain and now ii) --- stone built messuage etc. near the Cross in Stevington NE Park Street NW William Pratt SE and SW land last described formerly in occupation of William Eaton, and then converted into 2 tenements and was then in occupation of Richard Eaton and Elizabeth Rose, afterwards of Mary Hilton and Rebecca Saunders and has since been occupied as one messuage by Francis Hulatt and now by Edmund Favell to which ii) was admitted tenant on 23 July 1841 as devisee of Francis Green who purchased them of William Pool --- piece of land in Great Field in Stevington called Mill Close (7 acres 2 roods 37 perches) --- Windmill standing thereon late in occupation of William Pool and now of Edmund Favell, bounded Windmill Lane, ancient enclosures in Stevington lately belonging to Thomas Alston and Kames Walker and now to – Alston and William Talbot Wallis other allotments to Thomas Alston now the property of -
