- Scope and ContentThomas Dickens: apprentice to Mr Sale at Stotfold. On 10 May, he was at Mr Smith's house until just after 10 o'clock. Archer Webb was there and he left him there. He went home and afterwards his mistress sent him home with a young woman names Saunders to her house. As he was going with her he met Archer Webb, coming from his own house. He was drunk and rolled up against them. It was about 11 o'clock. tehy walked on past him leaning on a gate belonging to John Galer. This was about 10 poles from Smith's house.
