Title
Letter from Joseph Eade to William Vizard telling him that he had cancelled his plans to call on Mr Waldegrave and Messrs Barnard to explain the deeds, as young Mr Barnard wished to see him on his way to London. This was to say that his father objected to the delay of three years. It was impossible for Joseph Eade to get the deeds executed and Mr Wilshere would bring them to London. William Vizard would see from them that Mr Wilshere is made to advance to Mr Whitbread the sum supposed to be paid for the land at Shefford Hardwick, and £18,650 will still be due to Mr Wilshere. Mr Ellice cannot at present advance more than £10,000. Joseph Eade hopes to see the draft back in a day or two thoroughly corrected by Mr Hodgson.
