Recites deed of 27 and 28 May 1836 (D108 a & b). Messuage, cottage or tenement with the garden ground, Wooton (adjoining the Vicarage House) for sometime past divided into 3 tenements and were late in the occupation of William Slater, Thomas Curtis and Thomas Andrews, and afterwards of John Pateman, William Slater and Thomas Andrews etc. Consideration £105 paid by 2) to 1). Witnesses James Jenkyn of 11 John Street Adelphi, Solicitor, Osborn Jenkyn of same clerk to Jenkyn and Jackson).
