- Scope and ContentJames Saunderson: a labourer for Mr Lindsell at Eyworth. Joseph Brim also worked for Mr Lindsell. On 10 November, Brim asked him to get him a couple of quarts of wheat from the drill and lay it on his land. He gave him a bag to put it in. In consequence of that Saunderson took the wheat out of the drill at dinner time, put it in the bag and hid it in Mr Saunderson's field. The prisoner occupied some land which had be dug and was ready for sowing. Brim told him he had some wheat but not quite sufficient.
