He is 23 years of age, was born at Wavendon in the County of Buckingham where his father Joseph Lane resided and was a parishioner there. He served five years and a half in the Bedfordshire Militia as a private but has never done any act whereby to obtain a settlement in his own right to the best of his knowledge and belief. He was yesterday married at St Paul, Bedford to Elizabeth Stanton.
