    reciting partnership and that certain debts are now due from and to i) and ii) in their said business i) and ii) have agreed to dissolve the partnership from date of this deed and that notice of such dissolution should be inserted in the London Gazette now i) and ii) determine and dissolve the parternership from date of this deed also in consideration of £200 (part of £400 agreed to be paid) paid by i) to ii) and of further sum of £200 to be paid by i)to ii) ii) releases and assigns to i) all his share in estate and effects belonging to said partnership (except debts and monies owed). in treaty for said dissolution it is agreed that each of them will use their utmost endeavours to get in debts due and pay them into Barnards Bank, Bedford, to an account to be opened for such purpose. When there is £200 in the account it shall be appropriated towards payment of debt of £1000 due to ii) for capital advanced by him. After debts have been satisfied then remaining money be equally divided between i) and ii). On receipt of such money i) will cause it to be paid to ii) untill remaining £200 be satisfied. If money collected by 20 May 1881 be not sufficient to pay said sum, then i) will pay difference to ii) Each of them release the other from any claims etc on account of said partnership Signatures of both parties.
