- Scope and ContentHe started from Highgate the previous morning and had nothing to eat until the policeman gave him something to eat. He went to the relieving officer to ask for relief and he was not at home, so he went to the Chemist shop and asked for relief or something to pay for lodging with. He was going to Brackley where he belonged. He had spent and lost his money. He was very sorry for what he had done.
