Letter from Joseph Pulley describing the footpath and giving an account of the accident, which happened on 30 January 1810 between seven and eight in the evening. 'The Man was about an Hour and a Half in getting his Son home ... The Poor Man Odell has never been any expense to the Parish of Clophill and does all in his power to prevent his Family becoming chargeable - his Wife has had another Child since her Son had the accident'.
