John Curtis, formerly of Bedford, coalmerchant, now of 62 Justin Street, Old Kent Road Thomas Tokelove Gray, wine merchant Frederick Howard, ironfounder, both of Bedford. III. Alfred Clare of Bedford, solicitor James Alexander Henman of Bromham, farmer Henry Lineham, shoemaker Joseph Lovell, platelayer, both of Radwell Joseph Thomas Mastin of Bedford, provision merchant Amos Payne of Radwell, carrier. Recites: Charity Commissioners' appointment of trustees,1871. Since 1871 three of the trustees have died , leaving only parties I and II Party II wish to be be discharged from the trust, and so now convey to III: -- meeting house or chapel and the ground on which it stands at Radwell in Felmersham, built for the use of the Methodist Society, bounded East by highway South by piece of garden ground formerly of Joseph Swannell West by piece of garden ground formerly of Joseph Swannell North by a sward close formerly of Messrs. Miles Hill and Stow. --- way or passage on South of chapel, leading to the vestry, 3 feet wide, leading from the street to the vestry. --- any other premises vested in the trustees. ... the property to be held on trust subject to provisions of Wesleyan Chapel Model Deed.
