To Trustee : 14 Marine Parade, Hastings (as in D92 BUT crossed out, replaced by: to daughter Henrietta Anna Maria Payne for life. Similarly household goods at the above house, previously marked 'For sale', now to go to daughter. £500 legacy to Henrietta Anna Maria retained also clauses re £500 pa investment. Philip's inheritance unchanged EXCEPT annuity of £50 pa 'to old and faithful servant Jemima Gaywood and her husband Charles Gaywood during their joint lives and to the survivor." Power to demise of Trustees as before except specifically excludes Wootton House and lands adjacent 'which I intend shall be retained".
