    Appoints William Henry Wright as Sole executor and guardian for children. To Trustees: 14 Marine Place, Hastings. To be sold in his death. - Money to credit of personal estate, also to sell household furniture etc from that house (but not plate). To daughter Anna Maria legacy of £200 (altered in red ink to £500). Trustees to raise enough when invested to produce an annual income of £500 for Anna Maria Payne towards maintaining and educating daughter until she is 21, when she receives whole income from it. Reversion to children of Anna Maria, who, however, has power of appointment. Ultimate reversionary Philip Monoux Payne. To Son Philip real estate, but if dies childless before he is 21 then reversion to Anna Maria, reversion to her children. To Son Philip: all monies, securities for money, household goods and furniture, Plate, Linen, China and all other personal estate either possessed by testator or over which he has general power of appointment by virtue of Marriage Settlement with his late wife. But if both Phillip and Anna die under 21 Reversion to Trustees to act for William Henry Wright, Charlotte Elizabeth, the wife of Herbert Leigh Esq and Anna Maria Wright ( brother and sisters of late wife). To William Henry Wright all estates vested in Testator as trustee or Mortgagee. Power of Trustees to demise land for terms up to 14 years.
