Lease: (i) John Polhill (ii) Thomas Street, Renhold, yeoman. (i) leases to (ii) messuage or farm house [?Great Dairy Farm], land (288 acres 1 rood 38 perches) in Renhold and Great Barford, now in the occupation of (i). (i) may enter at any time Hill Ground Close and divert present public carriage road from Bedford to Great Barford from its present course over said close. Width to be 60 feet. £2 2s to be allowed for every acre of ground used for the purpose. Term 6 years from 11 October 1815. Rent £430. £10 for every acre of meadow and pasture ploughed up, £10 for every acre of arable sown with corn etc for two years without fallowing. Covenants, agreements, conditions etc as in X 668/203 to 206. (ii) will bank up 80 rods of ditching and banking every year.
