    Assignment of mortgage: (i) John Hookham, late of Tilbrook, shopkeeper, and now of Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, Officer of Excise (ii) Christopher Walter, Great Stoughton, Huntingdonshire, esquire (iii) William Abarn, Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, farmer. Reciting mortgage of 26 April 1742 [X 668/199]. Money secured was not repaid. £102 10s now due to (ii). Now (ii) in consideration of £102 10s paid by (iii), at request of (i), assigns to (iii) messuage, outhouses etc for remainder of term of 500 years. Also in consideration of further £37 10s paid by (iii), (i) releases to (iii) said messuage, land etc for remainder of said term of 500 years. Also (i) in consideration of further 5s paid by (iii) demises to (iii) said messuage etc, said 15 acres arable, said 5 acres pasture in Reynold. Term 1000 years. Rent 1 peppercorn per annum. To secure repayment of £140 and interest by (i) to (iii), (i) covenants to levy fine to (iii) to be held to use of (iii) to end of terms of 500 and 1000 years to secure repayment of £140 and interest.
