    Details given: Reciting lease and release of land 2 June 1796. Reciting also that (i) have agreed to sell property to (ii), with other property which has been lately conveyed by (i), by direction of (ii), to John Fallder, Marston Moretaine, yeoman, for £6000, £3500 of which it was agreed should remain on mortgage and also secured by bond of (ii). (ii) made his bond on even date by which he is bound to Richard Denis in £7000. (ii) is desirous to assure the property as hereinafter expressed to prevent any wife of his becoming dowable. Details of other property: -- Home Close -- Coverhill -- Ploughed Hill -- 2 acres sweard in Ridgway Close -- Holy Orchard -- Newbolds (lately divided into 2) -- Long Croft with coppice adjoining -- Horse Close -- Inings Pightle all in Wroxhill in Marston Moretaine -- close formerly called Over Ravensden -- close formerly called Middle Ravensden now called Sexhill Closes -- Ridgway Close -- Perry Hill -- new enclosed allotments in Marston Moretaine - on Stockwell Hill and Butchers Shambles (22 acres 2 roods 14 perches) - 77 acres 3 roods 31 perches in Wroxhill Field - 39 acres 2 roods 35 perches in Sexhill Field - Sexhill Close (3 acres 1 rood 3 perches) taken in exchange from Earl Spencer - Several Pightle (3 roods 27 perches) which was lately taken in exchange by Richard Davis from John Foster to hold to (iii) to use of Richard Davis for 1000 years and also for (ii) Fine was levied by (i) to (iv) of the property in Hilary term last by description of: -- 3 messuages -- 1 cottage -- 2 dovehouses -- 5 gardens -- 190 acres land -- 160 acres pasture -- 10 acres wood in Marston Moretaine No use has been declared of said fine as to beforementioned property. Now (i) appoint that said fine shall be adjudged to enure as to said messuage etc above mentioned upon the trusts concerning the same. If (ii) pays to Richard Denis the sum of £3500 on 5 January 1820 and interest in the meantime at 5% per annum then said term of 1000 years shall cease and determine. If default made then premises shall be released to Richard Denis for remainder of said term. (ii) may pay off said £3500 at any time before 5 January 1820 or part by instalments, of not less than £200. (ii) may sell timber growing on the premises and shall pay proceeds to Richard Denis within 3 months. To be considered as payment of part of said £3500.
