"The outcome of the meeting at Wellingborough is likely to be the formation of a district branch of the Union, and as Mr R R B Orlebar, of Podington, who is quite an enthusiast on the subject, has taken the matter in hand, it will probably, for a time, take the place of the Primrose League in the country districts".
