To destroy all estates tail and remainders and to settle the property to uses, (i) release to (ii) messuage or farmhouse in Marston Moretaine, formerly in occupation of William Pierce, afterwards Joseph Monk and now Thomas Turney, and other property [Details given] To hold to use of (ii) to intent that he may become perfect tenant to the freehold to suffer a Common Recovery.
