Deposition of Elizabeth Foster of Dunstable, singlewoman - Henry Young charged with stealing a silver spoon from Daniel Gould

She is servant to Mr Gould Baptist Minister at Dunstable. She has examined 2 pieces of a silver spoon in the possession of Mr Collings and knows it to have been a spoonbelonging to Mr Gould. It was in use at midday on Friday 6 May. The last time she saw it whole it was laying on a table in the kitchen about 1pm in the afternoon on that day. She does not recollect seeing anyone come back way to the house during the afternoon. When Mr Collings brought the two pieces f the spoon to show her master she went to look for it and it was gone.
