Bound apprentice by Indenture to Benjamin Allen, St. Mary’s, fellmonger, for 7 years in March 1778, serving whole of his apprenticeship in St. Mary’s. Bound by Bedford Charity and when out of his time received the Benefaction. No other settlement. Married Mary, spinster, at St. Peter’s, 5 July 1784. One child: John, aged 5 years in July 1793.
