Term of years later assigned to George Wells, gentleman, and charged with payment to him of £200 and interest. Also except deed of 28 May 1703 to secure repayment of £15 and interest to John Vaux, which has since been repaid by Robert Squire out of purchase money which he agreed to pay to Michael Woodward when purchasing part of said premises from him. Also except deed of 1 February 1705: (a) Robert Squire (b) William Gregory, gentleman. (a) demised to (b) other part of above mentioned premises. Term 1000 years.
