Assignment: (i) George Wells, Wavendon, Buckinghamshire, gentleman (ii) Samuel Fowler, Little Barford, clerk (iii) John Ashwell, Leighton Buzzard, scrivener (a person nominated in trust for (ii)). Reciting demise of 1 December 1690. Sum of £150 not paid so estate of Joseph Crocker and Francis Wells in said premises became absolute for remainder of term. This term later became legally vested in (i) to secure £200 and interest. £225 12s for principal and interest and £4 5s for charges at law in recovering judgement in ejectment on said premises. Now in consideration of £225 12s and also £4 5s paid to (i) for use of Charles Dymoke, gentleman, for said charges at law paid by (ii) and 5s paid by (iii), (i) assigns, by nomination of (ii), to (iii) said messuage, closes, etc for residue of said term of 1000 years, in trust for (ii).
