Now in consideration of £225 12s and also £4 5s paid to (i) for use of Charles Dymoke, gentleman, for said charges at law paid by (ii) and 5s paid by (iii), (i) assigns, by nomination of (ii), to (iii) said messuage, closes, etc for residue of said term of 1000 years, in trust for (ii).
