- TitleCovenant: (i) John Hubbard, now of Stratford Langthorne, Essex, esquire (ii) Samuel Nicholson, Cateaton Street, London, merchant. Reciting lease and release of 28 and 29 June 1819 [see X 668/91-92]. Certain parts of Manor of Wroxhill are subject to certain terms of years as in schedule [Details given] and it is expedient that for better servicing the same, the terms of years should be assigned to trustees to be subservient to same sum and interest and to attend the inheritance of the premises, but circumstances preventing an immediate assignment of said terms of years, it has been agreed that (i) should enter into following covenants. Now in consideration of £7000 paid by (ii) to (i), (i) will procure good and valid assignments of the terms of years by the persons in whom they are now vested, to such persons as (ii) shall appoint for the purpose, in trust for (ii), and subject to payment of said £7000, then in trust for (i). Signatures of both. Endorsed witnesses: J H Watson, Warnford Court, London; Charles Ashmore, same place
