    Lease and release: (i) William Coleman, Boughton Malherbe, esquire (ii) James Alexander, Maidstone, Kent, gentleman (iii) George Maule, Huntingdon, esquire (iv) John Hubbard, Egerton House, Kent, esquire (v) William Hubbard, Gracechurch Street, London, esquire (trustee for (iv)). Reciting deed of 30 October 1810 and feoffment of 2 November 1810 and fine of Hilary term 51 George III [1811]. Whole of principal sum of £6000 is still owing. (v) has agreed to sell Manor etc to (iv) (except 3 acres arable lately sold by (i) to John Foster, esquire) for £12,000, out of which the £6000 owing to (iii) shall be discharged. Term of 1000 years to be surrendered to (iv) in order to merge the same. Now in consideration of £6000 paid to (iii) by (iv) and further £6000 paid to (i) by (iv), (ii) at request of (i) releases to (iv) Manor of Wroxhill etc (except said 3 closes) to such uses as (iv) should appoint, or to (v) as trustee for (iv). Also in consideration of £6000 paid to (iii) by (iv), at request of (i), (iii) at request of (i) assigns and yields up to (iv) said Manor etc for remainder of term of 1000 years, to intent that it may sink into inheritance of said premises and be extinguished.
