Indictments - John Fleckney of Luton for breaking and entering the house of John Gray and and stealing from John Gray 2 boots value 10s, one pair of snuffers value 1s and one pig's cheek value 1s, and from Mary Scrivener one shawl value 3s and one umbrella value 3s; George Fensom of Luton for receiving 2 boots value 10s knowing them to be stolen. Plea - not guilty. Verdict - Fleckney guilty, Fensom not guilty.
