Letter [found inside X 668/72-73]: from J Maule, Inner Temple Lane, to 'Sir' [?Joseph Eade]. Has received the drafts of the deeds and sent them to purchaser's attorney for engrossment, except surrender of terms endorsed on deed of 8 October 1808 which Mr Hogarth will send by tomorrow's coach. Conveyance not dated - lease should be 7th and release 8th of October 1808. 'My Uncle will write to you with the payment of money due to your Clients'. Please let him know as soon as the parties have signed. Also endorsed: letter from Joseph Eade, Hitchin. Deed has arrived today. Will take early opportunity to acquire the signatures.
