Details given: Now in consideration of £7000, £2000 and £1300 (total £10,300) paid by (v) to (ii), (i) and (iii), (i) and (iv) with privity of (ii) and by direction of (iii) release to (v): -- messuage, dovehouse etc in Wroxhill, Marston Moretaine, now in occupation of John Langford -- messuage or tenement etc in Wroxhill, Marston Moretaine, heretofore in occupation of Richard Birt, since of John Steffe -- lands as in X 668/68 (total 355 acres 3 roods 6 perches) and in occupations of William Roberts, William Yates, Norman Hughes, John Ransom and wife Ann, and said John Ransom, in Marston Moretaine or elsewhere to hold to (v) or to (vi) in trust for (v) and to prevent any wife of (iv) from being entitled to dower. Now also (ii) and (i) at request of (iii) assign to (v): -- manor or Lordship of Wroxhill etc -- other premises comprised in term of 400 years created by deed of 1 February 1750 and fine levied in pursuance thereof to be held by (v) for remainder of said term of 400 years. Also William Wilshere, at request of (iii) and approbation of (ii) and direction of (v), assign to (vi): -- Manor and last mentioned premises in Wroxhill -- other property comprised in term of 500 years created by deed of 30 July 1662 for remainder of said term, in trust for (v). Assignment: (a) Ann Adams, Samuel Smith, James Cook (b) George Maule. Several terms of 1000 years, 1000 years and 1200 years have become vested in (a) as executors of Walter Adams, deceased, and have not been assigned to (b) although principal and interest have been paid by him. Now in consideration of £7000, (a) assign and yield up to (b) such part of within mentioned messuages and lands as comprised in deeds of 28 September 1799, 24 June 1800 and 24 December 1800, which were demised to Walter Adams, deceased.
