Title
Covenant for the production of deeds: (i) William Henry Gibbins (ii) William Davis. Reciting deed of even date but executed previously relating to Milton Ernest. Deeds and writings in schedule relate to other property in possession of (i) and upon treaty for the purchase it was agreed that deeds should remain in his custody and he should enter into a covenant for the production of them. Now (i) covenants with (ii) that he will produce deeds as in schedule. Schedule [a very long list of deeds apparently including none of the above]. Signatures of both.
