    Details given: By bond of (ii) and Thomas Nash and Robert Nash, his sureties, the sum of £460 conditioned for repayment of said sum and interest. Now in consideration of £230 paid to (ii) by (iii), (ii) assigns and transfers to (iii) said £430 and lease and release etc. (iii) not to be responsible for any loss or injury. Also in consideration of 10s paid to (i) by (iv) and to better secure repayment of £230, (i) at the request of (ii) releases to (iv) in his actual possession by virtue of lease of previous day all said messuages as in lease and release of 7 and 8 September 1829 to use of (iv) for ever in trust for (iii) to secure repayment of £230 and interest upon same trusts as for said £430.
