    Details given: Reciting will of Abraham Little [see X 668/10]. Shortly after his death, (ii) agreed with the 6 other beneficiaries for the purchase of their shares in the lands for £30 each, but no conveyance was made. Reciting also death of Elizabeth Sutton, who married William Grant of Ravensden, victualler, and died intestate on 23 December 1787. Reciting also that Susannah Sutton and Anne Lowe are sisters and co-heirs at law. Hannah Sutton died on 24 April 1803 unmarried and intestate and said Susannah Sutton and Anne Lowe are her sisters and co-heirs. Mary Peck married said Samuel Harrison of Pavenham and died intestate, leaving Thomas Harrison the younger her only child and heir at law. Sarah Peck has since married Thomas Harrison senior. Reciting also that since the date of the will the open and common fields and meadows of Milton Ernest have been enclosed and the lands later described were allotted to (ii). Now in consideration of £30 a piece previously paid to (i) and to Elizabeth Grant, Hannah Sutton and Mary Harrison, deceased, and of 10s paid to each immediately before the execution of this deed, (i) releases to (ii): -- cottage in Milton Ernest, once in the occupation of William Church, afterwards of Abraham Little, late of Thomas Peck and now of Thomas Harrison, younger son of Thomas Harrison, elder, known as The Swan -- close pasture or orchard adjoining (2 acres) -- plots of land allotted to (ii) by inclosure commissioners: - plot No XXXVII in Mill Field (9 acres 2 roods 28 perches) East Allatson Burgh South and west Mary Boyden North Babbs Close - plot No XXXVIII in Land Field (28 perches) South east lane to River Ouse South west said river North Joseph Brown North East (ii) being above described close to which same allotment is now laid and occupied as one entire close or orchard -- messuage in Milton Ernest, once in the occupation of John Robinson senior, then Abraham Robinson, one of the sons of said John Robinson, then of Joseph Robinson, son of said Abraham, and then of Mary Robinson. Said messuage has been sometime since divided into 2, one in the occupation of Edward Bell, then William Swain, then [–] Favell, then James Hart and now of Ruth Hart, widow, and the other of Samuel Lilley, then Richard Ward, then George Pain and now of William Sorefoot: North messuage formerly Thomas Bromshall, esquire, and afterwards of Neil Campbell, esquire, and formerly in the occupation of Israel Wilmot, and then of widow Little and now of John Douglas South tenement of Thomas Bromshall, then Mrs Susannah Hurst, and formerly John Robinson the younger, and afterwards of James Sturgess, which said buildings are now pulled down and site occupied as a rick yard by John Poole, baker East common green West pightle of pasture adjoining said messuage -- cottage in same yard with above cottages, formerly in the occupation of Thomas Ravensden and now James Davis -- ancient cottage in Milton Ernest, formerly in the occupation of John Robinson junior and widow Hart, afterwards of Jeremiah Taylor and Richard Stapleton, then William Taylor, afterwards James Brown, then John Disher, late of William Sorefoot then Joseph Hart and now of James Odell (being under same roof with messuage formerly of Jeremiah Taylor and by him conveyed to Richard Davis, now belonging to Susannah Whitney) abutting onto Love Lane and Cooks Lane and separated by a partition wall from tenement of said Richard Davis, formerly in occupation of Thomas Monday, then Henry Clarke, late of [–] Ward, and now of John Disher -- orchard, yard etc belonging to ancient cottage, part whereof is occupied with it -- little tenement or site thereof, formerly standing in said yard together with little plot of garden taken out of said orchard. Once in occupation of Henry Hart, then Stephen Askew, adjoining and occupied with next described cottage -- cottage adjoining erected by William Little on site of little tenement, late in the occupation of Henry Dolton and now Paul Summerlin -- cottage nearby built by William Little on part of said close belonging to first described messuage, late in occupation of Henry Hart and now of Thomas Peck To hold to use of (ii) or to (iii) in trust of (ii) and to intent that no wife of (ii) shall be entitled to dower.
