    Reciting deeds of 1 September 1860 and 13 October 1864 and relating to the Five Bells at Stanbridge in Leighton Buzzard by which it has been released from the securities in the deed of 13 October 1864 and has agreed that below-mentioned property shall be assured to ii) as additional security for money owed. Now i) conveys to ii): “The Swan” at Houghton Regis, and piece of ground in front and behind; piece of ground with boarded and tiled barn in rear of said messuage, in occupation of Henry Webb; right of way for ii) from High Street to another mew street over and along the road 20 ft wide running in SE direction on one side of above property. To be held by ii) to secure repayment of money owed. i) will insure property against fire. If ii) has to repair or insure then to receive 5% interest until repaid.
