I was born in the parish of Cobham in the County of Surrey where my father, John Cox then resided and belonged, he obtained his settlement by hiring and service. I am 24 years of age and have not done any act to the best of my knowledge to gain a settlement in my own right. I was this morning married at St Paul to Frances Chapman.
