Further details: Also in consideration of 5s paid to (ii) by (iv), (ii) at request of (i) and at nomination of (iii), assigns and (i) ratifies and confirms to (iv) said Manor and Lordship etc, with messuage, lands etc for remainder of term of 500 years, as (i) or (ii) in trust for him might have held or enjoyed the same as if these presents had not been made in trust for (iii) to be assigned as he should direct or appoint. (i) covenants with (iii) that said 2 terms of 500 years and 400 years are good and subsisting terms.
