(i) agrees with (iii) that 2 several terms of years are valid and subsisting terms also (i) and (ii) have full power to assign Manor etc to (iii) and (iv) without molestation from (i) and (iii) and from Rachel his now wife, late the widow and one of the executors of Oliver Edwards, deceased, or from William and Frances Reddall, the parents of Ambrose Reddall and Thomas Reddall, deceased, and Henry Edwards, late husband of (i) and his father Oliver Edwards.
