    Assignment: (i) Ambrose Reddall, Stamford, Lincolnshire, draper (ii) Elizabeth Edwards, St Giles without Cripplegate, London, widow (iii) William Jones, St Bartholomew the Great, London, woollen draper. Reciting will of Thomas Reddall, 19 April 1737. Reciting division of the property between Rachel and Henry Edwards by which above mentioned premises were allotted to Henry Edwards as his share of his father's estate. (ii) as administratrix of her late husband is now entitled to trust of 500 years but legal estate remains in (i), in trust for (ii). Now (i) in discharge of said trust and in consideration of 5s paid by (iii), and with consent of (ii), has transferred to (iii) Wroxhill Manor or Lordship etc for remainder of term of 500 years in trust for (ii). (i) covenants with (iii) that property is not encumbered except for one deed bearing the date of the day next before this one, and one fine whereby premises assigned to (ii) for term of 400 years.
