    Demise: (i) Ambrose Reddall, Stamford, Lincolnshire, draper, son and executor of Frances Reddall, widow and executrix of William Reddall, late of Ampthill, woollen draper, and also nephew of Thomas Reddall, late of Eversholt, gentleman, deceased (ii) Elizabeth Edwards, widow of Henry Edwards, late of Islington, Middlesex, brewer, deceased, who was son of Oliver Edwards, late of Islington, brewer, deceased. (i) as representative of his father, William Reddall, is become legally possessed (but in trust for (ii) as administratrix of Henry Edwards) of Wroxhill Manor, lands etc for remainder of term of 500 years granted by mortgage of 30 July 1662. Now for strengthening title of (ii) and in consideration of 5s paid by (ii) to (i), (i) demises to (ii) Manor of Wroxhill etc, and messuage and 4 closes pasture belonging in Wroxhill and Marston Moretaine (50 acres) late in the occupation of Stephen Taylor, yeoman. Term 400 years. Rent 1 peppercorn. (i) covenants to levy fine to (ii) of said Manor, messuage and premises, to corroborate and strengthen grant of premises to (i) for said term. Signature of (i).
