Scope and Content
Mr Flawn is compelled to charge interest up to expiry of the notice to pay off the mortgage, as he has had no opportunity to refund the money which belonged to a trusteeship. He [writer] is not disposed to pay interest beyond date of the discharge of the mortgage. Is not correct to say that Messrs Butler and Wilkinson would not part with deeds before they [Middleton and Gutteridge] paid the interest, is not representative with the facts.
