I am 26 years of age, was born in Knossington, County of Leicester where my father resided. About 10 years ago my father came to reside at St Paul, Bedford, where he rented a house at 20 guineas a year and has continued to live in the said town up to the present time. I have lived partly with my father and I have done no act to gain a settlement in my own right. I was married at St Paul on the seventh instant to Elizabeth Anne Heath.
