I am about 23 years of age, was born in St Paul, Bedford. When I was about 14 years of age I was placed out apprentice by the Trustees of harpurs Charity to Henry Sears of the said parish, turner and chair maker by indenture dated -. I served one half of my time in St Paul and the remainder in the parish of St Mary, Bedford. I have not done any act since to gain a settlement. I was married on the 14th instant at St Paul to Sarah Lavender.
