Having found some of the rabbits in a direct line from Roberts' house he took him into custody. Roberts denied all knowledge of the rabbits and said he had not bought or sold any for a week. Roberts said he had not been up that morning until between 7 and 8am, but he knows Roberts was up between 4 and 5am.
