- Scope and ContentGeorge Richardson: an employee of George Watkin Youd a feltmonger. On Easter Monday 21 April, James Carr asked him to get a basil from Mr Youd. Some time on the evening after dark, he went with Frederick Carr to Mr Youd's premises and put his arm through a hole in the shed and drew out a basil. He gave it to Frederick Carr who was stood close by and they together went to James Carr's house and he gave him sixpence for it.
